Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR TC01

After the TT-01 Type-E, the Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR is now associated with the TC-01 chassis!
The Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR took six victories, dominating the 1997 FIA GT Championship. Although it inherited the shape of a 2-door coupe and the front section of the production car, it was actually very different. It used a carbon composite monocoque chassis with roll cage, a 6-liter V12 engine capable of developing over 600hp, and a 6-speed sequential gearbox. That same year, the car won both the constructors' and drivers' championships.
