Aerodynamic design

Delta bodies, available in carpet and earth versions, are designed to maximise stability and cornering speed, while reducing roll. Their lightweight design offers an added advantage in competition.

• New one-piece chassis design with integrated bulge eliminates bottom flange and improves suspension geometry
• Wider chassis shape accommodates the latest batteries and features a milled area under the servo area for improved flexibility
• Kit chassis lengths are selected to match typical track conditions: Medium for Carpet, Short for Dirt
• New raised side struts improve flex characteristics and integrate with new front upper deck
• All-new front upper deck design integrates with the new steering system and moves the shock tower forward with the shock absorbers behind the tower
• New anti-roll bar mounting system eliminates play for more consistent handling
• Steering plate, steering arms and struts offer a wider range of geometry adjustments and improved steering response
• New 2-point steering extensions align with new steering system geometry, working together to improve steering angles
• Front roll centre support features the two most common inner caster link positions for simplified configuration, with provisions for the new anti-roll bar system
• New anti-roll bar system uses shorter bar shapes with a top mounting system for easier adjustments
• The forward shock tower integrates with the upper deck, placing the shock absorbers behind the tower, with new forward fin mounting locations
• All-new 13.2mm shock absorber design with new shock absorber bodies, choice of 2.0mm and 2.5mm pistons, shock absorber caps, shock absorber nuts and shock absorber rods
• 13.2mm shock absorbers use a new X-ring design for improved sealing without excessive friction for better shock absorber operation
• New tapered springs have been selected to work with the new 13.2mm shock package
• RF and RR suspension mounts move the inner pivot outwards and modify the geometry with 3 degrees of integrated camber (with 0 inserts) for increased stability on all surfaces
