More info
Based on the Audi R8 sports car and complying with GT3 regulations, the Audi R8 LMS was developed in 2008. It featured an aluminum chassis and a 5.2-liter V10 engine developing over 500hp. The bodywork was modified and power transmission was via the rear wheels. From 2009 onwards, this car was delivered to teams all over the world and achieved numerous successes. Tamiya offers a superb RC replica of this racer based on the TT-02 chassis.
