Sledgehammer Tires

New '" sledghammer tires are ready for action with multiple layers of biting edges for sure-footed traction. Their open-block tread design clears away mud and debris and features a heavy-duty rubber coumpound specially formulated to resist tearing. New 2.4" black wheels provide extra clearance for the suspension componenets and give mini Maxx a tough, menacing appearance.

Molded body reinforcements

Clipless body latches are neatly integrated into molded body reinforcements that look great and protect the body. Unlike traditional posts and clips, body reinforvements spread impact forces over a wide area to minimize the risk of pull-through damage.

Rugged bumpers

Rugged impact-absorbing bumpers in the front and rear protect the chassis. The fornt bumper provide a high approach angle that allows Mini Maxx to climb up and over obstacle with ease. The rear bumper accomodates the optional wheelie bar.

1/10 Scale Ultra shocks.

Mini Maxx uses the same full-size oil-filled Ultra Shocks found on Traxxas' 1/10 scale monster trucks for truly bottomless suspension travel. The Ultra Shocks'large oil capacity and rugged design soaks up big jumps and off road abuse for smooth driving performance. They are easy to tune with a wide range of available oils, springs and pistons.

Modular chassis

The modular chassis features front and rear bulkheads that remove easily with just a few screws. In less tha a minute using a power screwdriver, you'll have full access for easy service and adjustment.

Fixed gear mesh sytem

A fixed gear mesh system takes the guesswork out of setting your gear mesh with multiple preset gearing positions. Insert the motor screw through the desired gearing position for a perfect gear mesh every time. The fixed positioning also keeps the gear mesh tight, even after the harshest impacts.
