Cast iron machine bench

Large polished prismatic slides. For vibration-free machining even under high loads. Rear flange for mounting the PF 230 milling machine. (Optional)

Doll

Cast aluminum die casting. Pinole Ø 20 mm, expandable up to 30 mm. With millimeter scale, CM 1 adjustment and rotating tip.

Chaft

Cast aluminum die cast. Guided precision of the main spindle (concentricity without mandrel 1/100 mm) with 10.5 mm opening. Chuck side 70 mm hollow drilled to 14 mm. With adjustment CM 2.

Switching for automatic feed selector of choice 0.05 or 0.1 mm / rev.Chassis: Zinc die cast bench. Transverse trolley and small steel trolley (stroke 60 or 45 mm). Rotating tool holder for lathe tools size 8 x 8 mm.

Drive

Special DC silent motor with 3-speed belt drive for 300 - 900 and 3,000 rpm. With additional speed variator (full wave electronics), depending on belt drive at 100 - 300 or 1,000 rpm continuously adjustable. Rotate right and left. Switch relay with emergency stop function and restart protection.

Mandrel

3-jaw chuck quality according to DIN 8386 class 1 (concentricity tolerance 0.04 mm). Clamping range with reversible jaws 2 - 75 mm. With chuck protection and safety stop. Concentric tightening.

Cranks of commands

Made of aluminum, with adjustable Vernier ring (1bar = 0.05 mm, 1 turn = 1 mm).

Threading equipment

With change crank for left and right threading with main graduations (not 0,5 - 0,625 - 0,7 - 0,75 - 0,8 - 1 - 1,25 - 1,5).
