The receiver gets orders from the remote and sends these to the different servos or ESC. The receiver in 27, 35, 40 or 72MHz are mostly compatible with all remotes with the same frequency. For the 2,4GHz, the receiver have to be from the same brand as the remote. Its important to check if the receiver is compatible with the remote!
