The gyroscopic effect of the wheels helps the stability and can even be set up by changing the ballast in the rear wheel. On top of that is the "learning" driver getting a lot of help from the strong gyroscope. Radio controlled bikes can be build for On-road tracks but you can also find some Off-road radio controlled bikes for the dirt tracks.
